Try it with your assistant
Schedule Assistant is a demonstration connector: an assistant can see your Larchmere Clinic appointments and ask you to approve moving one, in ID Wallet. Nothing changes without that approval.
Larchmere Clinic and its patients are invented. Don’t type real personal details into the chat.
1. Before you start
- ID Wallet on your phone, signed in. While it is in testing it comes by invitation: TestFlight on an iPhone, Google Play testing on Android. How to get ID Wallet
- At Larchmere Clinic, sign in as a demo patient, as the clinic page explains. Press Link ID Wallet and approve the link in ID Wallet. A demo patient links to one phone at a time, and a phone to one Larchmere Clinic patient.
- Under Let an assistant manage appointments, press Create an access key for … for the assistant you are adding (for example Create an access key for Schedule Assistant (Claude)) and copy the key. It is shown once and lasts 24 hours. It goes into the connector’s sign-in page in your browser, never into a chat or the assistant’s settings.
2. Add the connector to your assistant
Each assistant has its own address. Use the one under your assistant’s name: ID Wallet shows which address asked.
Claude
Address: https://assistant.demo.test.verisia.id/claude/mcp
claude.ai
- In claude.ai, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- Name it
Schedule Assistant, give it the address above and add it. Then press Connect. - The connector’s sign-in page opens in your browser: paste the access key for Schedule Assistant (Claude), press Continue, then Allow.
Then, in a new chat, turn on Schedule Assistant in the chat’s tools menu.
Claude Code
Not yet checked end to end with this demo.
- Run
claude mcp add --transport http schedule-assistant https://assistant.demo.test.verisia.id/claude/mcp. - In Claude Code, type
/mcp, choose schedule-assistant and sign in. - The connector’s sign-in page opens in your browser: paste the access key for Schedule Assistant (Claude), press Continue, then Allow.
If your plan has no way to add a custom connector, this demo can’t be tried with that assistant yet.
3. Ask for a move
In a chat with Schedule Assistant turned on, ask:
Using Schedule Assistant, move my next Larchmere Clinic appointment to the earliest slot next week.
- The assistant answers with an approval link. claude.ai shows a QR code with it, and ChatGPT draws one in the chat. If yours shows only the link, open it on a computer: its page shows the QR code.
- On an iPhone, scan the QR code with the Camera app and tap the link that appears.
On Android, scan it with ID Wallet’s own scanner. Not yet checked end to end with this demo. - Check that ID Wallet names Larchmere Clinic (demo), the Schedule Assistant you added and the exact change you asked for, then press Allow with Face ID. A request waits 10 minutes.
- The connector then makes the change by itself. If the assistant’s reply doesn’t say it is done, ask it “Did it work?”. In ID Wallet, Activity › Agents shows it under Done for you, and the clinic page shows the new time.
4. If something goes wrong
- The clinic says the account is already linked to an ID Wallet: another phone holds that demo patient. Use another demo patient, or ask whoever invited you.
- Your phone is already linked to another Larchmere Clinic patient: unlink it in ID Wallet first.
- The connector’s page says “This access key was made for another assistant”: create the key for the Schedule Assistant whose address you added.
- It says “The clinic did not accept this access key”: the key expired (keys last 24 hours), or a newer key for the same assistant replaced it. Create a new one.
- It says “This sign-in has ended”: more than 10 minutes passed, or the sign-in moved to another browser. Start again from the assistant.
- The assistant says the clinic no longer accepts its access key, or that the connection ended: create a new key on the clinic page, then remove the connector in the assistant and add it again.
- To stop: remove the connector in the assistant. A new access key for that assistant on the clinic page also ends the old one at once, and Unlink on the clinic page ends every assistant’s access. In ID Wallet, Block this agent on its next request.
Each address acts as its own agent in ID Wallet. The name in brackets says which address was added; it is not a check of which assistant is calling.
